The program office will be conducting site maintenance in preparation
for the launch of the latest revision of the jcp.org site. This means

- JSR 311, Java (TM) API for RESTful Web Services, has been approved by the EC for development in the JCP program. This JSR will develop an API for providing support for RESTful(Representational State Transfer) Web Services in the Java Platform.
- JSR 240, JAIN SLEE (JSLEE) v1.1, has completed a Public Review and passed the Public Review Ballot.
- JSR 190, SIP Servcking API for J2ME and JSR 196, Java TM Authentication Service Provider Interface for Containers, have published a Proposed Final Draft Specification.
- JSR 113, Java TM Speech API 2.0, has published a Proposed Final Draft Specification.
- JSR 231, Java TM Binding for the OpenGL API, is now available for Maintenance Review. This review closes on 13 March.
- JSR 256, Mobile Sensor API, is now available for Maintenance Review. This review closes on 2 April.
- The Expert Group for JSR 142, OSS Inventory API, has completed its work and published the Final Release 2 of the specification.
- JSR 224, Java TM API for XML-Based Web Services (JAX-WS) 2.0, has posted a Maintenance Release.
- JSR 91, OSS Trouble Ticket API, has posted a Maintenance Release.

Expert Group (EG) Coordination: If you have an EG kick-off meeting and
would like to get an overview of the JSR 2.6 program please contact the

4353. Liz is also available to facilitate face to face meetings for
your EG or help two or more EGs of related or dependent JSRs to meet.
