New Process Change JSR set in motion
Among the latest JSR proposals submitted to the JCP is JSR 306: Towards a New Version of The JCP. The JCP process has been evolved several times until now to respond to the needs expressed by Java developers, JSR 913 led to JCP 2.1, JSR 99
created JCP 2.5 and the current Java Specification Participation Agreement (JSPA), and JSR 215 gave the community the current version - JCP 2.6.
This new process change JSR is setting things in motion to further the transparency of the process, continue to optimize the pace of development and the participation in the JCP program.
