Binding Specification Public Draft 2
The Public Draft 2 Version of the JAXB Specification
addresses defects and inconsistencies in the JAXB
specificaiton that were detected by the Reference Implementation
effort. Change bars indicate the changes in the specification
since the Public Draft version. The changes include:
- References to enabling customizations and clarifications
in Chapter 4,"Java Representation of XML Content".
- Clarification and bug fixes related to default binding of
schema components (anonymous types and wild cards) in
Chapter 5, "Binding XML Schema To Java Representations."
- Clarifications on generated Java representation
(List , nested interfaces, Typesafe enumeration class)
in Chapter 5, "Binding XML Schema To Java Representations."
- Reconciling discrepancies in element and attribute names used in
the bindings schema and Chapter 6, "Customization".
A more detailed list of the changes can be found in Appendix G,
"Change Log" of the JAXB Specification.
