I'd like to congratulate the specification lead for completing
this JSR successfully and for delivering a thorough specification,
RI, and TCK.  Thank you!

However, I am concerned that there has only been very
limited community interest and engagement on this JSR.
There are only three members on the Expert Group and
only one J2EE vendor (the spec lead).

With the wisdom of hindsight, this may have been a topic
where we should have considered more carefully if there was
really sufficient community interest to justify creating
a new Java standard.

However the JSR was duly chartered and has executed
successfully, so it deserves a "yes" at this stage.
