JSP 2.0 introduces useful features like simple tag handlers, tag files and JSP fragments. We hope that in a future version of the spec, JSP would address issues related to native XML support, better visual tool support, and native JSF support for better performance.  _We are also concerned that EL language in JSP can serve boarder roles for other J2EE technologies and it may need a faster lifecycle to mature. Therefore, we  may want to consider forming a separate JSR for EL language.
