1. We don't understand the requirement that is driving the proposed line item of "one OR MORE JMS providers to be plugged in......" The EG needs to assess the business need against the implementation complexity of multiple simultaneous (?) JMS providers. 
2. The requirement of ASYNCHRONOUS integration needs careful thought; in particular regarding its relationship with existing JMS capabilities.
3. CCI Metadata capability needs careful scoping to focus on the appropriate functions; there are risks that this could grow in scope and complexity.

1. The summary did not state a goal that the CCI will be required as apposed to optional, can one of the goals of this spec to be to make the CCI required, as it is not that useful without it.

2. For the meta-data calls the format seems like it will be difficult to define, perhaps consider having these calls return an XML schema.
