For several years I worked on IBM WebSphere Application Server. I am an expert in on the Java Connector Architecture and the IBM Relational Resource Adapter and have implemented many of the JCA and JDBC specifications for the server and adapter.
During the last few years, I have continued working on JCA and JDBC specification implementations for both IBM WebSphere Application Server and open source Liberty application server. In addition to my development work, I am the Project Lead for Eclipse Project for JCA.
With my experience, I will provide recommendations to avoid potential incompatibility issue between JCA, RRA and the JDBC drivers for future JDBC specifications, and I will make jdbc specification proposal recommendations/provide feedback on exist proposals. |
