Becoming a JCP Member: Submitting Manually-signed Agreements

The primary mechanism for executing a JCP Membership agreement is to sign it electronically. If you cannot or will not sign the agreement electronically, you may execute the Agreement via fax, soft-copy or hard-copy. Below are the instructions for all. Please be cautioned that
a manually-signed agreement will take significantly more time to process than an electronically-signed agreement. In addition, a hard-copy only submission (mailing an original signed paper copy of the agreement to the PMO) will take significantly more time to process than scanning or faxing the agreement.
If you or your organization would like to keep an original of the executed agreement,
we suggest that you first sign the agreement electronically (or send us your agreement via soft-copy or fax), and then send us a hard-copy via post.

If you or your organization does not require an original copy of the signed agreement, you may execute the agreement either via fax or soft-copy (preferred), using the instructions in the previous two sections. If you do want an original of the executed agreement, please follow these steps:
