Oracle votes YES based on the agreement reached in the teleconference this morning with the JSR originator and other EC participants to narrow the scope of the JSR so that it focuses on a standard API that facilitates integration of various rules engines with the Java platform.  We understand that JSR 94 will not attempt to standardize rules language and syntax.
