You may execute the JSPA via fax or hard copy. Below are the instructions for both.  

If you or your organization requires an original copy of the signed agreement, please follow the instructions in the next section, for executing the agreement using hard-copy. To execute the agreement via fax, please follow these steps:

1. Download and print the agreement.
2. Fill in the information needed on all pages of the paper copy of the agreement. Individuals should also follow the instructions for filling out the JSPA as an individual Member, here.
    
   NOTE: Do not edit the agreement electronically. Electronically modified agreements cannot be accepted.
3. Fax the completed agreement to +1 408 521 2016.

If you or your organization does not require an original copy of the signed agreement, you may execute the agreement via fax, using the instructions in the previous section. If you do want an original of the executed agreement, please follow these steps:

1. Download the agreement, and print two copies.
2. Fill in the information needed on all pages of both paper copies of the agreement. See the instructions for organizations or the instructions for individuals as appropriate.
    
   NOTE: Do not edit the agreement electronically. Electronically modified agreements cannot be accepted.
3. Fax one copy of the completed agreement to +1 408 521 2016, indicating on the cover sheet that you will also be sending originals for signature.
4. Send the two signed originals to the following address, by courier:
