EC Communications Working Group Meeting Minutes for September 5, 2017

Review proposal for reviving JCP EC Communications group.

Minutes

Heather went through the objectives and the campaign suggestions proposed at the August EC Meeting. Heather suggested we use the JCP EC logo (recently updated), and Duke as images to create the messages for the campaigns.

Heather reviewed the previous EC Communications Guidelines. These primarily focused on PR, and moving forward the Guidelines should focus on social media. Heather asked if anyone would be willing to revive the guidelines and set up a communications calendar. Theresa agreed to initiate one.

Ivar indicated interest in using materials. Jeff and Mike stated they are potentially interested, but need to see examples.

Next Steps

Theresa and Heather to meet to review messages, calendar and guidelines.
