We have chosen to provide the RI and TCK under an Apache Style open
license (same as in JSR-170) with additional restrictions based on our previous
conversations with Sun and further inspiration taken from BEA's TCK
license assuring compliance aspects. The TCK package contains all the
tests and a management & execution framework along with a statistical
analysis of test coverage and signature coverage.
